For team building, the Danube Delta is probably the most spectacular region in Romania. From April to October, memorable team building programs can be organized.
Neither water nor land, the Delta is an amalgam of constantly changing landscapes. From areas with lush vegetation, veritable jungles of vines, flooded forests, endless lakes and canals, to vast deserts between the waters, all populated by an extremely varied fauna, the Danube Delta still represents a huge territory to explore and get to know, both in terms of the landscape, but also the life of the locals, perfectly adapted to the environment.

Samples:
A true adventure on the canals and lakes of the Danube Delta, with fast and maneuverable canoes. The canoe is probably the most practical recreational craft, ideal for crossing the canals, ravines and expanses of water of the Delta.
The trek can last from a few hours to 2-3 days, depending on your preferences and the time available.
2-seater canoe, with luggage compartment and 2 sealed compartments (chests) for electronic items. The boat can easily support 2 people and the equipment necessary for such an expedition, supplies, backpacks, possibly a tent, sleeping bags, etc.
This team building activity is best practiced with non-motorized boats and the use of camouflage methods. It can also be organized as a photography contest of rare species, nests, etc.
Together with Dunavatul de Jos, it represents the most accessible team building location in the Danube Delta, considering it is located on the right bank of the Sf. Gheorghe arm, where it can be reached by road transport. Although on the edge of the Delta, it is close to special natural objectives, specific to the landscape.

Located in the heart of the Delta on the Sulina arm, the Crișan area is ideal for team building, especially for adventure and fishing programs. It requires transportation by boat or liner, lasting 1-2 hours, from Tulcea or Murighiol, which implies a corresponding budget.

Sulina seems to have been made for team building of knowledge and team building games on the beach. The variety of the landscape and the atmosphere of the city at the end of the Danube, are worth the whole journey by water from Tulcea.
